The Kremlin’s idlers and crooks have launched yet another — already the third — wave of searches in the fabricated “ACF case.” They began at 6 a.m. and are now taking place at at least 30 addresses. Russia’s “law enforcement system” devotes its greatest efforts to protecting corrupt officials and bribe-takers.
