It's always better to use a concrete example.

Everyone has already had a go at United Russia and Putin, who never stop droning on about patriotism and “traditional values,” yet squeal like stuck pigs the moment anyone threatens what is truly sacred to them: the ability to travel freely to the US and EU countries and keep their stolen money there.

May I take my turn too? As I said above, with a specific example. And I invite all of you to join me, because you're going to like this example.

Here it is:

Unfortunately, this is not a cozy striped mattress. It's much worse.

This is Sergei Zheleznyak, deputy secretary of United Russia’s General Council, deputy speaker of the State Duma, and one of the main spokesmen for the Party of Crooks and Thieves.

I'm sure you hate this lying, hypocritical scumbag no less than I do. If only because Zheleznyak himself was one of the initiators of the internet censorship law and one of its most active lobbyists. Also on ~~the mattress's~~ Zheleznyak's legislative record is the “foreign agents” law.

And of course, Zheleznyak co-authored—and then loudly campaigned for—the amendments to the law on public rallies, under which people wanting to protest against United Russia can be fined up to 300,000 rubles.

And here is what he says about these laws of his, grinning brazenly in our faces: "All these laws methodically and consistently create the conditions for anyone who wishes to engage in active public and political activity."

If you live in Moscow, you may personally hate Zheleznyak because he specifically became a State Duma deputy thanks to the 2011 election fraud at polling stations across the city.

Wait. Why exactly did I call Zheleznyak a “lying, hypocritical scumbag”? What right did I have? A man is entitled to his striped suit and his own point of view. He is a patriot. He sincerely cares about Russia. He prefers everything Russian.

He truly believes that the influence of foreigners, foreign states, and foreign institutions must be limited. After all, they are our enemies in this geopolitical competition! And Putin and United Russia are absolutely right to purge everything foreign. Agents of influence must be fought. “Be born in Russia! Study in Russia! Keep your money in Russia! Vacation in Russia!”—that is Zheleznyak's uncompromising creed.

Without hiding it from anyone, the patriotic deputy Zheleznyak proudly states his position:

"I am convinced that an official cannot be bound by economic obligations to other states, because then he becomes dependent not on the interests of Russia's citizens, but on the expectations of the leadership of other states." http://er.ru/news/2012/12/21/zheleznyak-chinovnik-ne-mozhet-byt-svyazan-ekonomicheskimi-obyazatelstvami-s-drugimi-gosudarstvami/

And this too. Very important and very correct:

"It is very important that values, love for the Motherland, and patriotism be formed from childhood and become an integral part of the process of upbringing and the development of a citizen."

Speaking of children. Let's move for a moment to hostile Switzerland. The place from which, so to speak, the “expectations of the leadership of other states” emanate. Here, oddly enough, we find the patriotic deputy Zheleznyak's daughter, Yekaterina. She studies at an elite educational institution.

The American School in Switzerland.

You can view the full photo gallery of this wonderful American school in Switzerland here.

Be sure to look at the students' work from this school:

http://switzerland.tasis.com/page.cfm?p=257

On page 26, on the right, is a piece made by Yekaterina Zheleznyak.

Visit the website of this American school in Switzerland: http://www.tasis.ch/ An elite school for elite children, specifically designed to prepare them for admission to American colleges and universities. Of course, tuition is expensive. Not surprising—they are training the future global elite. And training them well: after all, this global elite will still have to fight Russia. To hinder the revival of our greatness. Here are the fees for the 2012–2013 school year:

As you can see, each year of Middle and High School (grades 6–12) costs about 70,000 Swiss francs—almost 2.4 million rubles—while Elementary School (grades 1–5) costs 28,520 francs (almost 1 million rubles). It's easy to calculate that educating a child there would cost a total of 21.8 million rubles.

Here she is, Yekaterina Zheleznyak, posing for a commemorative photo at the elite American school in Switzerland: http://vk.com/id6944519

By the way, Yekaterina's Type B Swiss Residence Permit expired on September 30, 2012. She received it for this address, which matches the school's address: Via Collina d'Oro 15, 6926 Montagnola, canton of Ticino, Switzerland. I hope her patriotic father didn't forget to renew it in time. While he still can—the Magnitsky Act is not yet in force.

Now back to Russia. Here we see United Russia member Zheleznyak telling us: "You cannot be a patriot for just a few hours a day. If you are a citizen of your country, then you must connect all your actions with it."

From Russia—to London. Here, to our amazement, we find Zheleznyak's eldest daughter, Anastasia.

Nastya also graduated from TASIS and enrolled at Queen Mary University of London. Not a bad place; tuition there (not including housing, food, etc.) costs £12,250 per year (630,000 rubles). That means three years of study comes to almost 1.89 million rubles—not counting the earlier tuition paid to TASIS, of course.

She has already deleted her Facebook account, but it is still available in the cache: http://87.248.112.8/search/srpcache?ei=UTF-8&p=queen+mary+zheleznyak&fr=yfp-t-702&u=http://cc.bingj.com/cache.aspx?q=queen+mary+zheleznyak&d=4642688544672653&mkt=en-GB&setlang=en-GB&w=3fa95bf1,94dbd79e&icp=1&.intl=uk&sig=2cMPaeLBtC1ZGcvZ6YKf9Q--

Photos from her VKontakte account http://vk.com/anastasiazh:

Life is good in Switzerland for the children of United Russia politicians. Well, I mean the opposite—it's bad. The school cafeteria in Kapotnya (a district of Moscow) may feed them worse, but at least the walls are native, and, well... the interests of foreign governments are less palpable there.

For Patriotic Father Zheleznyak rightly declares (right after flying off to visit his daughters in Switzerland and the United Kingdom): "I am convinced that patriotism must be a matter of our national strategy, and all public and political manifestations today must be viewed through the concepts of unity and love for the Motherland. A person who does not understand or denies the importance of patriotic upbringing for the development of society and the strengthening of the country's sovereignty cannot consider himself a true citizen."

A true patriot, Yekaterina Zheleznyak demonstrates her contempt for luxury by lying on the asphalt in a fur coat:

The photo is from here—take a look before it's deleted:

And here is Liza Zheleznyak.

Her statement here http://vk.com/id22385950, of course, should be viewed "through the concepts of unity and love for the Motherland":

Post from August 27: Hello, dear London! Goodbye, good old Moscow! I will try never to give up and never regret anything) Sincere thanks.

"Patriotism must become a priority in fostering a sense of citizenship in the country's younger generation," Papa Zheleznyak sort of replies to her.

Let's move on to Mr. Zheleznyak's property. Judging by his declaration, he owns a very beautiful, rare Chrysler Prowler.

The first Chrysler Prowler concept car appeared at the New York Auto Show in 1993. The cars are assembled by hand. More than 11,000 well-off American collectors acquired this car for their collections. The last and most unique Chrysler Prowler, specially created as a one-off commission for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, was sold at the New York branch of the world-famous Christie's auction house for $175,000.

Very patriotic indeed! Against that backdrop, his second car looks modest—a poor little Lexus RX 350 for just 2.8 million rubles.

The patriot also owns two apartments with a total area of 437.6 square meters.

Another Zheleznyak quote practically begs to be inserted here: "An official who has property and savings abroad begins, in his decisions, to look back at the position of the leadership of the countries where he keeps what he has accumulated."

So there you have it—an example that lets us see clearly that United Russia politicians are lying, hypocritical animals who do not tie their own future, or their children's future, to Russia for even a second. They think only about how to grab what they can here and send their children abroad. In search of a better life.

Of course, no matter what a swine Zheleznyak may be, he does have parental instincts. He understands that studying in Switzerland is better than attending universities whose rectors are his fellow United Russia comrades.

Who would be happy to have their child study at a university where, for example, the vice-rector appointed is the “political scientist” “Markov,” a moron in the clinical sense of the word? Of course Zheleznyak will choose Geneva and London. There is no Putin there, no United Russia, no Vice-Rector Markov, and no department chair Burmatov with his fake dissertation.

These scoundrels still have the nerve to shout that sick orphans must not be adopted by foreigners. He sent all three of his own children abroad, yet he will stand like a wall to prevent some miserable three-year-old autistic child, lying in filthy diapers and facing nothing but a nursing home at age 18, from being taken abroad.

He will fly business class to visit his children in London and read with satisfaction about how children in orphanages here are dying of hunger. A PATRIOT.

So, as usual, I suggest not just getting outraged in LiveJournal posts, but spending 15 minutes usefully on a small action against this bastard. So that the next time he appears on TV with a pompous speech about patriotism from early childhood and the “sense of citizenship in the younger generation,” everyone remembers: ah yes, that's the con man who sent his children abroad while lecturing us about the terrible West!

Our greetings to Zheleznyak: http://zheleznyak.mashina.org

The flyer can be downloaded in portrait format:

And in landscape format.

Nothing new. Download it, print ten copies, and put them up in your building entrance every day.

Ten thousand people download it—one hundred thousand people find out—one million hear about it by word of mouth.

It may not be the most effective action, but it's something. If we sit silently, then soon the Zheleznyaks really will be devouring us alive.

http://zheleznyak.mashina.org/

Please help promote this post. The country should know its heroes.

Update: of course Zheleznyak's children are not to blame for the fact that their father is such a monster, and that in order for his children to study in Switzerland, he needs internet censorship in Russia and people thrown in jail for peaceful protests.

Therefore, I urge everyone not to go after the girls themselves with insulting comments on their social media. And please be more careful with the photos as well. Keep in mind that they are minors.
