Our hypocritical owner of a beaver-fur collar has decided to outdo everyone in currying favor. A lawsuit from him has been delivered. Not just the usual United Russia-style "lawsuit against Navalny," but one aimed at me, Alburov, and the entire ACF (Anti-Corruption Foundation).
For his unbearable suffering and the "harassment" he claims to have endured, our "urbanist" wants 1 million rubles in compensation for moral damages and 500,000 rubles (!!!!) for legal expenses.
Once again, without the slightest embarrassment, he says he left the company in 2012, "forgetting" that he previously lied and said it was 2010. The lawyers got confused. Attached to the lawsuit is a letter from the lawyers apologizing and confirming that they made a mistake. How delightful.
The best part is that Liksutov wants to pull this all off in a closed court hearing. Obviously, he knows that although the court will issue whatever ruling it is told to by phone, anyone who attends the proceedings will understand everything. So no one can be allowed in. Otherwise, the "harassment" might continue.

What can I say? We have no doubt that we are right, just as anyone with eyes has no doubt. The tactic of both Liksutov and all this thieving crowd in the Moscow city government is clear: not just to drag me through the courts anymore, but to paralyze the ACF as well by taking away money that we struggle to raise through donations. That is obvious if only from the classic trick of inflating legal expenses. And the message to everyone is clear: we control the courts, so every time you write the truth about us, you pay. And we won’t let anyone explain it either — closed proceedings.
Well, that’s nothing — we’ve faced worse intimidation than this. We’ll deal with Liksutov too.
