In brief:
We demanded that the hearing be opened to the media and the public. Denied.
We filed a motion to obtain the materials from the Moscow government’s “anti-corruption review” concerning Liksutov, which officials also classified. Denied.
We submitted our written objections to the lawsuit, after which Liksutov’s representative asked to postpone the hearing. The judge agreed and, at the same time, granted our motion (over Liksutov’s representative’s objection) to obtain the materials from the Prosecutor’s Office review of the complaint against Liksutov, as well as the response to an inquiry from the Cypriot Ministry of Justice and Public Order.
The next hearing is on August 19.
A reminder that our public questions for Liksutov (and, while we’re at it, for the entire Moscow government and all Liksutov fans) are here: http://express.navalny.com/
There are no answers, but we keep asking.
