It has just become known that the European Court of Human Rights has decided to notify the Russian authorities of five of my complaints concerning unlawful detentions and administrative penalties (a fine or arrest) for taking part in five different peaceful protest actions:
The public gatherings of May 8, 2012, http://roseurosud.org/novosti/21-navalnyj-podal-zhalobu-v-espch-na-zaderzhanie-8-maya-2012-goda
Here is a video recording of that detention, which clearly shows that there was no resistance to the police:

Another detention on the same day in 2012, http://roseurosud.org/novosti/6-v-evropejskom-sude-obzhalovano-ocherednoe-zaderzhanie-i-shtraf
The gathering after the rally at Pushkin Square on March 5, 2012, http://roseurosud.org/novosti/10-v-evropejskom-sude-obzhalovan-razgon-aktsii-na-pushkinskoj
The protest against repression on October 26, 2012, http://roseurosud.org/novosti/32-navalnyy-obzhaloval-v-espch-shtraf-za-akciyu-protiv-repressiy
The detention near Zamoskvoretsky Court on the day the verdict was handed down to the defendants in the Bolotnaya case (the prosecution of protesters after the 2012 Bolotnaya Square rally), February 24, 2014.
The video also clearly shows that there was no resistance:

The first four applications were prepared by lawyer Konstantin Terekhov (http://roseurosud.org/), and the last one by lawyer Olga Mikhailova. The complaints concern, above all, violations of the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and personal liberty, as well as unfair court proceedings. Now, as part of the preparation for the Court's judgment in the case—a process commonly referred to as the communication stage—the authorities of the Russian Federation must submit their response to the complaints by January 15, 2015. After that, we will submit our reply observations. The European Court will then issue its final judgment. You can ознакомиться with the facts of the cases as set out by the European Court, as well as the questions addressed to the Russian authorities, at the following link. http://roseurosud.org/images/4856887-v1-2958012.pdf
