Yesterday in court, an audio recording of the proceedings was made — "Themis" had been fixed.

Another prosecution witness was questioned — the eleventh so far. Like all the previous ones, he said that the actions of the "Main Subscription Agency" were completely lawful.

The witness’s story perfectly captures the essence of the entire "Yves Rocher case": he was hired part-time as a delivery worker. Several times, on weekends, he transported boxes of documents from a warehouse to Vnukovo Airport in his personal VAZ-2104 car (which makes the scale of these shipments pretty clear). He was formally employed, and his wages (about 40,000–45,000 rubles for the entire period of employment) were paid to his bank card.

The Investigative Committee considered this sufficient grounds to question the witness four (!) times, search his home, and seize his hard drive, personal phone, and the very bank card to which his wages had been paid.

And none of this had any practical significance for the investigation. In court, the prosecution witness again said that he simply did not understand why this standard business activity had been declared illegal.
