Remember the famous turner-turned-lawmaker Valery Trapeznikov, who spoke at all of Putin’s campaign rallies. Back then, television loved to say that if the white-ribbon protesters in the capital (the anti-Kremlin protest movement of 2011–2012) got too outspoken, then these simple working-class guys would come to Moscow and break up all the rallies, delivering their weighty proletarian verdict.

Trapeznikov became my favorite lawmaker altogether after his statement that the “goats from Bolotnaya” should be sent for re-education to labor collectives in the Urals. Here we are, chatting with him in the corridors of TV Rain (Dozhd).

So, I’d like to report: the workers of the Ural factories are on our side. When they come to Moscow to beat someone up, we’ll provide them with the right addresses.

As part of the “Duma Map” campaign, we also got turner Trapeznikov (a member of the United Russia faction) to answer the question: “Should Article 20 of the UN Convention against Corruption be ratified?”

His answer has been recorded and entered into the record:

So officially, the worker-smash-up wing of United Russia should vote in favor of the #Twenty initiative.

In addition, there has been an important change in the number of deputies supporting ratification of Article 20. We received a letter from Sergei Mironov on behalf of the entire A Just Russia faction:

So we can confidently color in the entire A Just Russia faction on our map:

The interviewing of deputies continues. You can read more about it in a piece by Novaya Gazeta.

Each quote is being properly documented. Here, for example, are two more United Russia members: one in favor, one against.

In the meantime, please help from the other side — in the voting. We still need 35,000 more votes; over the holiday period, the voting momentum dropped. Let’s make up the difference.
