Today we had another hearing in the “Yves Rocher case.” And yesterday, for the first time, they questioned the “representative of the injured party” — that is, not as a witness, but specifically as the injured party. It was a lawyer for the company MPK, which appeared in the case as the injured party after Yves Rocher sent the investigator a document stating that there were no damages.
