A great idea from Kolya Lyaskin.
Did you know that when you’re standing in line for a document at a government office, you’re not supposed to wait more than 15 minutes? And if you end up waiting an hour, as usual, that constitutes an administrative offense, and the official responsible should be fined.
So now Kolya goes everywhere with a stopwatch. He waited two hours at Rosreestr (Russia’s state real estate registry service) for an official extract, and now he’s going to give those who created the lines a legal education.
This could turn into a really good project—join in; he’s recruiting people here.
