Another joint project by the Anti-Corruption Foundation (ACF) and the TV Rain channel goes live this evening.
A year ago, we spent a great deal of time and effort launching our website about Sochi. The Anti-Corruption Foundation went through mountains of documents, reports, design files, and cost estimates. We carried out 28 mini-investigations, examined the cost of the facilities and how they were being used, and compared them with international counterparts.
A huge number of unanswered questions remain, and they must not be forgotten.
I’m very glad that some of them will finally be raised—how much it cost, who paid for it, and how much more will still have to be paid. And it is especially gratifying to hear questions on air about Roman Batalov, Tkachev’s 29-year-old son-in-law, who runs the amusement park.
Be sure to watch the first episode tonight at 8:00 p.m. There will be another one on Monday.
