Ashurkov’s wife, Alexandrina Markvo, has been placed on the federal wanted list across Russia. The news comes from a propaganda rag, but they get this stuff directly from Bastrykin’s crooks (a reference to Alexander Bastrykin, head of Russia’s Investigative Committee).
The charges are the same absurd nonsense, only now with even more Navalny thrown in. Supposedly she embezzled something or other (without a shred of evidence), and then sent the stolen money to fund Navalny and his party—which did not even remotely exist at the time of the alleged “thefts.”
As people are already joking, soon there will be charges like “Friendship with Navalny on an Especially Large Scale” and “Correspondence with Navalny by Prior Conspiracy.”
I thought that after the hacked correspondence of Presidential Administration staff revealed evidence of how they orchestrated this “case” note for note, starting with commissioned media pieces (which they would publish, then supposedly remove on orders, then publish again), the Investigative Committee would quietly drop the matter instead of humiliating itself.
Again, as some scarecrow from the Presidential Administration writes to another scarecrow:
“Then why go after Ashurkov’s wife, who is not involved in politics?”
But it is apparently very important to repeat a hundred more times across all media, in one breath: “Navalny fraud stole financed.” Especially since we are not backing down and are still calling on everyone to protest.
And again, the key concept now is: make life miserable for the families of those who interfere with our stealing. That is the national project they are working under.
Come to the Spring March. Through their stupidity, greed, and thievery, the people in the Kremlin have driven the country into crisis, war, degradation, and disgraceful politically motivated criminal cases. We have an anti-crisis program; they do not. We need to come out and show that there are many of us.
