Hello everyone, this is Leonid Volkov with a brief update on the campaigning and preparations for the "Spring" march on March 1.

Many thanks to everyone who supported the organization of the march financially. So far, we have received just over 2 million rubles (roughly split equally between PayPal and Yandex.Money), which means we have met the minimum target outlined in the organizational post. By the way, today is the last day when it still makes sense to send donations for the march’s preparation—after that, we simply won’t have enough time to put them to good use.

Donation forms are available via the links on the march website. 2. On offline campaigning: a total of 920,000 A5 leaflets have been printed; 600,000 are being distributed door to door (primarily in southern and southeastern Moscow), while the rest are being handed out by volunteers at information pickets; information pickets are being held at central metro stations (every day: Krasnopresnenskaya, Novokuznetskaya, Ulitsa 1905 Goda; several other locations vary), as well as along the Zamoskvoretskaya and Lyublinskaya lines, again with a focus on the southern and southeastern districts; tomorrow there will be about 15 pickets, and on Saturday more than 30—sign up through the volunteer registration form; 20,000 stickers, 7,500 entrance posters for apartment buildings, and other campaign materials have been printed and are being distributed; campaign materials, flags, small flags, ribbons, banners, and more are being prepared for the march itself.

Many thanks to all the Spring Volunteers who have already taken part in the pickets and to those who will be joining them today, tomorrow, and on Saturday.

Online campaigning: "Open Russia" has produced four video messages of support from various wonderful people, and we are sharing them; in addition, there is banner advertising and ads on Facebook, YouTube, and Google; the total number of impressions is over 15 million; the main campaigning tool, of course, remains personally inviting friends and acquaintances through social networks; We are very grateful to the well-known public figures who have publicly supported the "Spring" march and called on everyone to join it: -Sergei Guriev -the "Congress of the Intelligentsia" (a Russian civic initiative of public intellectuals) -everyone who took part in filming the videos in support of the march: one, two, and three.

How else can you help? Donate any amount toward organizational expenses (today is the last day when that still makes sense) Invite absolutely everyone you know on Facebook and other social networks Reach out to friends from your professional communities or interest groups Become a volunteer for the march itself—this is especially important to ensure the march goes well (here is the sign-up form) And of course, come out on March 1 for the anti-crisis "Spring" march in your city!

P.S. We’re coming up with chants for the march—here are a few examples:

We’ll have to eat a little less now Spring is coming — make way for spring

We’ll punish the crooks severely Spring is coming — make way for spring

A great deal depends on us Spring is coming — make way for spring

Rogozin is frying an octopus Spring is coming — make way for spring

Write your own chants—serious or not so serious—and share them with friends on social media: on Facebook and Twitter with the hashtag #marchspring
