Another stage in the Russia-U.S. confrontation ended with Russian budget money being invested in the United States

In Novosibirsk, our campaign office is constantly picketed by what our volunteers call the “toddlers from NOD” (National Liberation Movement, a pro-Kremlin nationalist group)—clowns working for the authorities who call themselves a patriotic movement. They drearily chant things about the opposition working for the United States, and that Navalny and Obama should each be given a banana. Knowing the police are protecting them, they throw eggs and do that sort of thing.

To the election commission, where we submitted our signatures, they brought little American flags, supposedly to demonstrate the opposition’s pro-American orientation at a moment when the whole country, gritting its teeth, is doing everything possible to stand up to the global hegemon.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and our dear government are doing especially much in the fight against accursed America.

And here is some telling news on that:

In the state media, the confrontation between Russia and the United States is now being presented as nothing less than a new USSR vs. Germany during the Great Patriotic War (the Soviet-German front of World War II). It only remains to ask these “patriots” whether Comrade Stalin, in 1942, could have invested money collected from Soviet workers in Third Reich bonds.

Though I’m not sure the vanguard detachments of these “patriots” ever ask themselves such questions. Watch this 90-second video to understand what we have to deal with in Novosibirsk, Magadan, Kaluga, and Kostroma, where we are running in the elections:
