Here’s a leaflet I came up with for Kostroma, and Anatoly designed it in the overall style of the election campaign. Tomorrow we’ll register it with the election commission and distribute it across the entire region.
Some may say it’s simplistic, but I think that’s exactly how it should be. Because that really is what it comes down to: if you think government official Peskov and his watch are fine, then you’re with United Russia (the ruling political party). But if you think Peskov should be thrown out of public service and put on trial for illicit enrichment, then you’re a normal person. And right now, a normal person cannot vote for anyone but PARNAS.
Just in case, the leaflet is available here as a PDF, and you can print it out and put it up in your apartment building entrance. It isn’t especially tied to any particular region—the only local reference is the comparison to Kostroma salaries, but 37 million is understandable to everyone anyway.
And now, the answer to a frequently asked question:
— Why is there no photo of Peskov and Navka? It would attract more attention that way.
— By law, you have to get consent from everyone whose photo you use in campaign materials. We’ll ask Peskov, but I’m afraid he won’t respond promptly.
A reminder: we invite everyone to come and help us run the campaign. We will cover travel, accommodation, and meals.
If you absolutely can’t come but support our political education mission, then send money.
