I am compelled to apologize to Dmitry Peskov and Tatyana Navka. Yesterday, an investigation was published claiming that this couple bought a house worth 470 million rubles in 2015. That is untrue and does not correspond to reality.

We made an honest attempt to determine the value of the house.

Here is the Real Estate Newsletter from VTB-24 for December 2012. As we are told, it contains "the most up-to-date information on the rental and sale of the best real estate properties in Moscow, the Moscow region, and abroad."

We see a familiar house.

The photograph from the listing fully matches our pictures:

The absence of the extension is explained by the fact that it was built after the main building had already been completed.

Here is a satellite image from 2011:

And here is one from 2015:

Now let's look at the price:

Taking into account the new extension, market conditions, and the dollar exchange rate, we conclude that in 2015 the state official Dmitry Peskov and his wife Tatyana Navka bought their little nest for no less than one billion rubles.

Forgive me, Tatyana and Dmitry, for thinking too little of you.

Below, you can take a look at the interiors of the home of the press secretary to the President of the Russian Federation and perhaps remember that there are, after all, reasons to come to our joint rally on Sunday. 5:00 p.m., Pererva Street. The nearest metro stations are Maryino and Bratislavskaya.
