I came across a commenter somewhere in a discussion about Shoigu’s house, furiously trying to prove to everyone that the ACF (Anti-Corruption Foundation) is funded either by the U.S. State Department or by oligarchs, and that this is supposedly easy to prove because “photos in the restricted airspace above the defense minister’s dacha can only be taken with high-tech drones.”
