Two complete frauds, crooked through and through, spend an entire hour on state radio discussing (that is, lying about) Alburov’s investigation. Alburov himself is mentioned no fewer than 20 times, but of course they do not invite him on air.
And Zhora is taking this in exactly the right direction, formally demanding the opportunity to speak. Is it state radio? Is the subject being covered? Then denying Alburov the chance to respond would be an act of censorship, which is prohibited by law.
This process needs to be formalized. Because it is obvious that censorship is everywhere, but from a legal standpoint no one has actually filed complaints about it.
This will be very interesting.
And by the way, this is a perfect case study for PR people on the topic of “why you should not hire two idiots to whitewash an official,” using the mistake made by Shoigu’s PR team as an example. Now our general’s name will be mentioned many times more often in connection with his exotic palace. Not to mention that the “exposés by Solovyov and Lurie” by themselves prove to any reasonable person that the one they are “exposing” is the one in the right.
