When Alburov was preparing his publication about Shoigu’s palace, I thought it would be a routine case. Just another official with a country house built on obviously shady income. But this has revealed far deeper layers. The “cover-up operation” is being carried out using methods we have not seen in the cases of Volodin, Neverov, or Patrushev.
A few days ago, Rosreestr was down longer than usual because of some vague “technical work.” That seemed suspicious to us, since it stopped working right after the publication of the investigation into Shoigu. As it turned out, our concerns were justified.
Yesterday, as soon as Rosreestr came back online, Zhora Alburov ordered Shoigu’s property records again and discovered that all previous owners with the surname “Shoigu” had been removed from them, except for Elena Antipina, who is the sister of the minister’s wife. There is no longer any mention that this property had previously been registered to Shoigu’s daughter, Ksenia. Moreover, all the earlier years when the plot was owned by other people seem to have simply vanished.
Here are the details in Alburov’s post.
It is extremely revealing that Rosreestr’s leadership chose to protect Shoigu specifically, resorting to outright official falsification.
And we will have no trouble proving the falsification—we have official extracts with electronic digital signatures. As of today, we have already filed a crime report.
In addition, ACF (the Anti-Corruption Foundation) and Alburov are suing Rosreestr of the Russian Federation. These crooks are directly covering up corruption, and that is exactly what we will explain.
P.S. Sobesednik (a Russian newspaper) wrote about this earlier this morning as well, having independently noticed the changes in Rosreestr.
