Navalny Will Be Banned

I’ve been saying for a long time: it is irrational and counterproductive, as V.V. Putin likes to say, to keep passing piecemeal laws about the “Navalny problem.”

What’s needed is a package of bills and a federal targeted program, “On the Comprehensive and Final Ban on Navalny in All Spheres of State and Public Life, Including Accordion Factories and Schools of Pantomime Art.”
