This is magnificent. We have, in fact, already understood that there is no court in Russia willing to hear our lawsuit against Chaika, who called the ACF investigation commissioned.

We have been turned down for the third time, but the reason for the rejection this time is absolutely hilarious.

It turns out that neither ACF nor I have anything to do with this case. Our interests are not affected.

A crowning achievement of Moscow justice, considering that Prosecutor General Chaika’s open letter begins with the words: The film, allegedly made by A. Navalny’s foundation, did not make much of an impression on me.

My last name is mentioned in Chaika’s letter 4 (four) times in total.

And when Chaika first called our investigation “commissioned”, every media outlet without exception repeatedly used both “ACF” and “Navalny.”

In any case, the question of whose interests this affects and whose it does not is something to be established in the course of court proceedings.

Interestingly, for her own convenience, Judge Moskalenko writes in the ruling that we challenged two of Chaika’s phrases, although you can look at the statement of claim and see that we are challenging much more than that.

We understand why this is happening. Both the Kremlin and the entire judicial system know perfectly well that Chaika is lying through his teeth, and in court his nonsense about Browder will look even more ridiculous than it did in the newspaper. That is why the instruction was given: the case must never make it to court.

That is exactly why we will keep pressing our case. Let Chaika bring all his witnesses and friends—from the Tsapok gang (a notorious Russian criminal group) to the Lopatins, from oligarch Agalarov to Major Karpov—and come tell everyone about the “client” behind the ACF investigation.

A reminder: the best response to what is happening is to share the film.
