Russian courts simply refuse to consider our complaints and lawsuits. We’ve moved past the stage where we always “lost” — now they do not even want to allow the cases to be heard, because too many facts embarrassing for the authorities would come out in the process.

We will keep pressing our case. The legal team at ACF (Anti-Corruption Foundation) is excellent, and they like taking on difficult cases. Here is Ivan Zhdanov’s comment on the refusal.

And most importantly, the truth is on our side. It is an indisputable fact that Putin, by his personal decision, transferred $1.75 billion to a company owned by his son-in-law from the National Wealth Fund. Any reasonable person — even a Putin supporter — would agree that this is a conflict of interest.
