This morning, Dissernet reports that the candidate of sciences and doctoral dissertations of Tatyana Golikova, head of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, are plagiarized.

Commenters rightly point out the record-short time it took to prepare a doctoral dissertation—just 2.5 years after the candidate dissertation. That is possible if someone takes academic leave and works intensively on it. But Golikova, of course, took no such academic leave; on the contrary, she was working intensively as a government official.

So intensively, in fact, that we cited her as an example when promoting campaign #20.

The obvious question is: how, with a stolen candidate dissertation and a stolen doctoral dissertation, is she supposed to serve in the ~~cleansing~~ Accounts Chamber?

But the answer comes just as quickly: she will serve perfectly well. That is exactly the kind of person they need there.
