I don’t know whether the email hack involving Russia’s chief liar, Dmitry Kiselyov, was real or fake, but the information about his apartment matches our data.
According to the published data, Kiselyov bought a 204-square-meter apartment (about 2,196 square feet) on Tsvetnoy Boulevard and paid $4,603,500 for it, or 162 million rubles at the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Everyone rushed to check this information in the Rosreestr database (Russia’s state real estate registry), but it’s not working. That happens with it often. I wouldn’t be surprised if, by the time it comes back online, Kiselyov’s records have been erased from it, just like they did with Putin’s son-in-law and the others.
But the Anti-Corruption Foundation (ACF) has every move on record (ominous music plays).
Here is the property record for Kiselyov’s apartment:
This is not a “hack” or a “leak,” but a fully official document obtained by us through official channels.
2 Tsvetnoy Boulevard is one of Moscow’s most expensive luxury residential complexes, “Legend of Tsvetnoy.”
Linen rooms, walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom. Maximum comfort, the whole package.
The complex is known, among other things, for the fact that Naomi Campbell owns an apartment there. She even appeared in an ad for the development:

Campbell is the wife (or maybe ex-wife by now, I don’t know) of one of the co-owners of Capital Group, the developer behind “Legend,” so she really did live there.
Since 2014, it’s been easy to answer her famous question from the ad.
Here it is:
Do you really need any more explanation for why Kiselyov is ready to lie 24 hours a day? Putting out “investigations” fabricated from the first word to the last, telling stories about crucified children and airliners shot down by the CIA.
The explanation is very simple: he is a third-rate journalist willing to do anything for money. He was a third-rate journalist in Russia. Then he moved to Ukraine and became a third-rate journalist there. Then he came back and decided to become a rich third-rate journalist.
He lied shamelessly on television, more than anyone else. He was noticed, and now it’s like in the old joke: stupid as can be, but I’ve got a $4.5 million apartment.
In what other country, under what other government, would this disgusting toad be paid that kind of money? And note that he bought the apartment without a mortgage or loans, in cash.
Only in Russia, only under Putin. That is why there is no lie Kiselyov would not tell in order to preserve this regime.
P.S. By the way, I suspect Kiselyov’s legal income cannot possibly be that high. The toad is probably skimming money somewhere, or getting paid in cash. If you know anything about it, write to our secure dropbox.
