After a lot of thought, and in response to many requests, we’ve decided to try putting out a weekly video in the format of Navalny Talks to the TV. In other words, I’ll simply say what I want to say and, going forward, answer questions.
On Friday we recorded a test video. I said that I didn’t want to just talk, but also show things, play clips, and so on. It turned out that this requires a certain amount of skill, and that, for example, you can’t show part of a YouTube video and then switch the browser window—because another video will start playing right after yours.
We wanted to just delete it, but let it stay up as a keepsake. Our first attempt was a bit of a flop, but we’ll keep trying.
