Good Lord, they really are insane. I mean, they ought to be examined by tapping their knees and elbows with little hammers. Samara Governor Merkushkin got worked up over the fact that I wrote as many as two posts about him (that happened because Merkushkin spouts unimaginable and offensive nonsense), and he explained why it turned out that way.
A verbatim transcript of the speech:
Powerful stuff. Especially: “because this chaos, the kind Dulles has, everything is mixed up, everything in people’s heads is mixed up, they really want to preserve this chaos.”
One thing I didn’t get: did Dulles create the chaos and I’m supposed to preserve it, or did Merkushkin create the chaos and I’m supposed to throw a match into it (according to the Dulles Plan—a well-known Russian conspiracy myth).
The text was clearly written by the same speechwriter who gave us this immortal gem:
