A letter came in:
Hello. I work in the road sign manufacturing business. A couple of weeks ago, an order came down saying that facility passports must now no longer be yellow with black lettering, but blue with white lettering, and must обязательно include a logo in the form of a waving flag (exactly the same as United Russia’s, the main pro-Kremlin political party).
The people in power are a total gang of mega-crooks—they want to rig and scam everything, from the distribution of oil and gas revenues to the color of the lettering on road signs.
