A drunkard who says ridiculous things and tells journalists to get lost.
But to me, he is someone who is supposed to be making money for me. I say this as the proud owner of 345 shares in Rosneft:
Personally, as a shareholder, I absolutely do not like the story published by the TsUR project:
I simply do not understand how such an enormous “sponsorship contribution” — 170 million rubles (about $1.8 million)!!! — to a magazine published by the company’s press secretary could possibly help raise Rosneft’s share price or increase dividends for shareholders.
And if things really are as TsUR writes — they gave their own press secretary 170 million rubles (about $1.8 million) for a magazine, and he put out a single issue — then this is a blatant conflict of interest and corruption. It is perfectly obvious that Leontyev simply pocketed 165 million of it.
Exercising my rights as a shareholder, I will send Rosneft a demand to provide me with all documents related to this “sponsorship contribution.” We will be dealing with both Sechin and his very well-heeled drunk of a press secretary.
