We put a lot of effort into video, and we want to invest even more, because overall we’re happy with how things are going.
The only problem is that we can no longer manage with our current team, so we want to hire more people.

We have a video channel. It currently has 341,000 subscribers, and our next goal is one million.
We’re looking for:
camera operator / editor / video editor — filming and editing videos, knowledge of Final Cut, Photoshop, Motion, and other software, coming up with and selecting photo/video materials for videos, and maintaining the photo/video archive;
motion designer — creating animated graphics and infographics, title sequences and other visual elements for videos, the ability to present ideas in sketch form, basic knowledge of Photoshop, and the ability to create an image from a description.
Main requirements:
- a solid overall sense of how to make a video engaging and watchable;
- an understanding of YouTube and of video on the platform as its own genre;
- a burning desire to make videos that will make the Kremlin and United Russia (Russia’s ruling political party) suffer.
