In the morning, things were really lively, but later the picketers became peaceful.
They said they wanted to come to the press conference and ask me questions as a candidate. We were happy to give them that opportunity.
By the way, this enormous pile of snow is not some unusual spot. All of Ufa is buried in snowdrifts taller than a person. The city’s mayor said they have no money to haul the snow away. Apparently, Obama and Angela Merkel stole it all.
The campaign headquarters opening itself went wonderfully.
