You see. Yesterday there was a parliamentary inquiry. Today, the Communist Party faction in the State Duma (lower house of Russia’s parliament) is already demanding a parliamentary investigation.

I am learning about this, just like you are — from the media. The Communists deserve credit: in this case, they are acting according to rational political logic. If people are dissatisfied, if rally applications have been filed in 98 cities, then deputies should demand a parliamentary investigation so they can bring it up during the next elections.

Anyone who does not support a parliamentary investigation will be politically vulnerable. Especially since the Communist Party, "Just Russia", and the LDPR parties have, to some extent, already called for Medvedev’s resignation. How can they keep demanding it while blocking an investigation into the prime minister?

So I hope "Just Russia" and the LDPR will support the initiative.

Across the regions, we are seeing a real process of broader political consolidation.

And among other things, to make sure deputies do not lose interest and continue to feel constant pressure from voters, we absolutely must take to the streets on the 26th.
