Just some lecture slides from Altai State Technical University:

At the same time, this scarecrow of a lecturer (his dissertation is probably plagiarized; someone should ask Dissernet (a Russian network that investigates academic plagiarism) to check) links from his page to the site http://netreforme.org/.

The site's subtitle is “For free education and healthcare.” The page is full of laments about the miserably low pay of teachers and doctors, and about the collapse of the system.

“Petition in defense of schools being shut down,” “Teachers’ appeal to Putin,” and all that sort of thing.

The incompetent government is denounced in every line.

And it is for this idiot of an associate professor that I publish an investigation into how the head of government (who is destroying education) takes bribes worth billions, yet the stupid associate professor still shows students slides saying that I am a thief and a fraud, and that power should remain in his hands—Medvedev’s. Let him go on stealing and destroying education and healthcare, while we keep writing petitions to him.

Dear students of AltSTU, you are smarter and better than your lecturer—a very stupid associate professor who is incapable of connecting two simple dots:

A — Medvedev’s palaces and government corruption

B — the incompetence of a government whose officials are concerned only with personal enrichment.

I see the group for the June 12 rally in Barnaul. Come out, all of you—including for the sake of that weirdo with the slides. The associate professor is so stupid that he cannot even figure out how to take to the streets for himself, for his own salary.

But we will be smarter and more compassionate: we will stand up even for a very stupid associate professor.

Not only in Barnaul, but in every city.
