Look here: https://vk.com/wall-55284725_470527 Here you will see the whole country. All of our Russia, which in more than a hundred cities wants to say this: corruption is not just corruption. It breeds poverty. It breeds lawlessness and powerlessness. It blocks every reform and every good initiative.

Tomorrow, stand with your country and your people. Don’t say, “It’s useless.” There is nothing worse than that. It is exactly this “it’s useless” attitude that keeps Putin’s billionaire friends in place.

Don’t say, “I don’t have time, I’m busy.” You have these two hours for a peaceful walk outside in good weather. And you have nothing more important to do.

Those in power, especially a government like ours—one that has sat on the throne for 18 years—cannot change for the better on its own. It needs pressure from the outside. And the main thing, the most effective kind of pressure, is not newspaper columns, not roundtables, not radio appearances, but simply people standing in the street. And among them should be the columnists, the roundtable participants, the radio commentators—in fact, everyone.

That is the only way, and no other.

In the new video, I explain it using little ducks:

A separate note about Moscow. Naturally, the Kremlin wants above all to sabotage the Moscow rally. They are taking decisive measures, in their favorite style: calling everyone who can provide sound equipment and video screens (it’s a small market, everyone knows everyone) and forbidding them to work with us.

We are ready for difficulties and are trying to overcome them, of course, but if they block absolutely everything and do not allow the equipment to be installed, then follow the updates—there is an excellent option on Tverskaya Street, which will in fact be a fully pedestrian zone all day. You can stroll there without hesitation.

For now, however, everything remains the same: Sakharov Avenue, entrance from Komsomolskaya metro station, gathering from 1:30 p.m., rally from 2:00 p.m.

Any signs are welcome and permitted. No censorship. You can say whatever you want.

Come, and do everything you can to make sure as many people as possible come with you. Help spread this video.

Tomorrow, on Russia Day, let’s meet in the streets of our cities.
