The search for a vision of the future for Vladimir Putin is proving difficult

Russia’s Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) has asked to extend Navalny’s probation period by one year

They are 100% connected.

Let me remind you: the probation period is tied to participation in elections.

*- We just can’t come up with a vision of the future, guys. What are we going to do? Well, what else can we do? Call FSIN and have them delay participation in the elections for another year.*

If they have no vision of the future, then they have to keep anyone who does have one out of the elections by any means necessary. And this applies not only to me and our campaign, but to a great many politicians across the country. If you have a chance and a vision, then there will be no election for you. Look at what they are doing to Roizman in Sverdlovsk Region.

Now, under their idiotic law (we do not recognize it; it is unconstitutional), they will add another year during which I will be barred from running for office.

As if they can breathe easy now. They can give their meaningless “policy working groups” another year to keep busy.

But it won’t help—what kind of “vision of the future” could they possibly write for us?

They themselves are the future as seen from 1999—the future that followed an entire decade of huge oil prices and tremendous opportunities for the country.

And we can see how that future turned into the present: 20 million people living below the poverty line, a sharp rise in the number of oligarchs, Russia reduced to a raw-materials appendage, and the number of major new enterprises can be counted on one hand. There were no roads before, and there still are none. Not a single high-speed railway. Hospitals in ruins, education wrecked.

But they did hold the Olympics, and now they are finishing the stadiums for the FIFA World Cup. After the tournament, we can use them to graze goats. Or just put them under permanent reconstruction, like the stadium in Sochi.

Successful, thriving companies are defaulting because of the stupidity and greed of Putin’s incompetent friends. That is your present, and the future with them will be exactly the same, no matter how many times Gref writes “agile, bitcoin, blockchain” on a piece of paper for them.

If you are truly for the future, this is where you should go:
