Early this morning, police officers came to my home. They brought a summons. The same kind they had previously served on Leonid Volkov. The same kind they are trying to serve on Nikolai Lyaskin.
I have committed terrible offenses by running my own election campaign. At 10 a.m. I am supposed to report to the police station, and then, apparently, to court.
Well then, this is a clear acknowledgment of our success. 133,000 volunteers across the country.
Sixty-nine regional campaign offices have been opened (yesterday — Belgorod).
The Kremlin can keep puffing itself up as much as it likes about Putin’s enormous support. And it can lie as much as it likes that we have no support. But as we can see, its main way of fighting us is simply to keep jailing the entire campaign leadership for 15 to 30 days at a time.
Well, there is nothing unexpected about this. It will make the work harder, but it will not stop it under any circumstances.
We are counting on you. After all, whether I am sitting in the ACF office (Anti-Corruption Foundation) or in a cell, opening a campaign office or being escorted to court, your view of the situation in Russia will not change. There will not be any less corruption or lies. There will not be more money in your pocket. No new prospects will appear.
So whatever ruling they hand down against us, do not stop — keep going. This is our shared campaign.
