An important story that has enraged everyone at the ACF (Anti-Corruption Foundation).
It seems absolutely outrageous to me, even by today’s standards, because this is not a case where we merely accused someone of corruption — the state ignored our complaints.
In the case of Putin’s chef, Prigozhin:
For more than a year, we conducted an investigation.
We gathered all the facts and filed complaints.
We secured official legal recognition of our findings by the state.
And then the state said: yes, we agree and confirm — there was a cartel and corruption here.
and after that
The villains were spared liability and fines.
In other words, we are dealing with a legally proven situation in which officials are not merely covering for thieves, but actually shielding them from penalties when there is no longer any way to hide what happened.
We made an angry video about this, and we would be very grateful if you helped us spread it.

Timeline of the case:
In this post, I wrote about the cartel run by Putin’s chef that we uncovered.
This is what the connection map of all the Prigozhin companies mentioned looked like.
Our petition to add new defendants (expanding the cartel).
Our complaint to the Prosecutor General’s Office against the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) for ignoring our petition. Here, Lyuba described the FAS’s inaction in detail.
Here is the FAS decision in the case.
Here is the ruling refusing to initiate administrative offense proceedings.
