As I said on the program yesterday, if they don't allow me to run in the election, Putin will not be fighting for his result, but for turnout.
They understand that, first, we will declare a voter strike, and second, people themselves will hardly be eager to go to the polls and be part of this obscene clown show with sham candidates who aren't even campaigning.
So the task of the entire state apparatus will be to drag people to the polls by force.
This is what it will look like in the Moscow Region. The plan for the “Mobilization” project, sent out yesterday by Governor Vorobyov to district heads. In reality, this plan could just as well be called the “Falsification” project.
Outraged officials from the Shakhovskaya urban district forwarded it to us. It's important to understand that even they are disgusted by all this.
Just look at the scale of the work involved. They need to:
- create an entire army,
- divide it into groups of 100 people,
- appoint leaders for each hundred,
- set up a control line and assign a couple hundred people to that as well,
- go door to door to every apartment in three waves, handing out magnets and compiling lists,
collect applications for absentee voting (pay close attention here: this is the main scam),
- carry out a full registration of all apartments,
- organize entertainment at polling stations: everything from concerts and legal consultations to GTO fitness standards (the Soviet-era “Ready for Labour and Defense” program).
And this, mind you, is for 100% of voters — that is, 6 million people.
Can you imagine how much this costs? I don't think it will come to less than a billion rubles. As usual: deceive us and cheat us with our own money.
And not just to fake turnout, but to rig the vote directly. It's obvious that this mass collection of absentee certificates is meant so that other people can later vote using them. We all know for whom.
Under the law, a person gets an absentee certificate if they really want to vote but cannot make it to their polling station on that day. But here they are going door to door and persuading people who aren't going anywhere and don't want anything to apply for absentee certificates. Obviously, their names will then appear on supplementary voter lists at other polling stations, and the usual guys from the housing and utilities services (ZhKKH) in black knit caps will vote in their name, bused from one polling station to another.
And this is the Moscow Region. Even here, everything is being done this openly.
If they are straining this hard to boost turnout, then going to vote when the main opposing candidate has been barred from the election means helping the Kremlin and Putin solve their problem. Yes, we must organize election monitoring, and we will, but at the same time we will launch a voter strike so that no one takes part in this disgrace. Let the officials choke on their “waves of door-to-door visits” if they like — no one will go to the polls.
