Well, we’re off. Today, meetings of voter groups required to nominate a presidential candidate will take place.
By law, at least one group of 500 people must be convened. We are holding twenty of them in twenty cities.
Vladivostok has already begun. Everything is calm, and a representative of the election commission is present.
