As of now, more than 90 cities are taking part. In 90% of cases, the rallies have been officially approved.

Most often, it is the rallies that get approved. Marches are denied more frequently. In half the cases where we applied to hold both a march and a rally, only the rally is approved.

Information about a specific city will appear in that city’s group.

So even now, it is already possible to say that the action will definitely take place nationwide, without any major drama involving mass detentions.

The refusals in some cities are obviously due to the stupidity and stubbornness of the local authorities. The actions in those cities will go ahead anyway, and it is especially important to take part in them.

In several places, our events were approved, but only after being moved to a very inconvenient time and location. We regard that as an unlawful refusal and will hold them where we originally notified the authorities. Fully in accordance with the Constitutional Court’s ruling.

There is still no information on Moscow and St. Petersburg. But here, as we know, the authorities can never do without some tricks and infernal creativity.

There is not the slightest doubt that now, as usual, they will start messing with everyone’s heads using a flood of absurd leaks, idiotic proposals, and so on. I urge you not to pay too much attention to this and to understand clearly: on January 28 at 2:00 p.m., we are definitely going out to the center of Moscow and the center of St. Petersburg.

We submitted entirely lawful applications. More than that, we even filed a preliminary notice a month in advance. Any refusal will be completely unlawful, and we will not comply with it.

Don’t wait. Find your city’s group and don’t just take part in the action—help bring more people to it.
