I’m taking the form of a city guide and explaining which top spots in Russia’s two capitals are worth visiting tomorrow at 2:00 p.m.

As I understand it, Putin has made a final decision: genuine opposition rallies will never be officially approved in either Moscow or St. Petersburg. Period.
Across the country as a whole, permits are granted in 80% of cases, but in the two largest cities, the chosen tactic is mockery and humiliation.
Either create an organizing committee under our control, or stay away from topics like corruption and rigged elections. Then we’ll allow you to come out into the streets of your own city.
And if you don’t like our terms, then go to Sokolniki Park—out there in the woods you can hold your rally.
So here it is: a separate video for these two wonderful cities. Help spread it around—we need to reach as many people as possible in the next 24 hours.
Think about this: staying home sends them the signal, "I’m ready to put up with another 6 years."
That is not the kind of signal they should be getting. What’s needed is the opposite signal from society.
Come out. January 28.
Moscow: 2:00 p.m. Tverskaya Street (Facebook, VKontakte)
