As the saying goes, even under Churov (former head of Russia’s Central Election Commission), nothing like this happened. Here is clear proof that turnout—at the very least turnout—will be falsified in the March 18 “election,” and CEC chair Pamfilova is actively preparing for it.
You may have heard that the most knowledgeable and active election monitors are usually assigned to polling stations not by candidates, but by media outlets. The best known of these is Molniya; it had the largest number of monitors in the last election. Monitors from GOLOS and other specialized organizations usually go through Molniya.
And right now the CEC is in session. And we are getting this news: Molniya has been denied accreditation. That means its monitors have been left without the document that allows them to be present at a polling station.
And it gets worse. As you know, we have our own media outlet, Leviathan. As required by law, several months ago we submitted the details of 4,500 people to the CEC and notified them that these people would serve as monitors on behalf of Leviathan. That is how the procedure works: everything has to be done in advance, and it is no longer possible to submit lists now.
And just now, at the CEC meeting, they announced that Leviathan had in fact been stripped of its registration by court order, and that there is a record of this in the Roskomnadzor register. Therefore, Leviathan is also being denied accreditation, and 4,500 monitors are left without authorization letters.
Needless to say, we knew nothing whatsoever about any court case. No one notified us or summoned us. Just a few days ago—and we monitor this—Leviathan was still listed in the Roskomnadzor register as an active media outlet.
So first they made it as difficult as possible for independent monitors—those not controlled by campaign headquarters—to obtain authorization letters, and now they are trying to knock them out by the thousands, because they are the most dangerous group.
Even Churov never did anything like this. It is time to stop drawing a beard on Pamfilova.
Instead, put a blonde fringe on Churov. She has outdone the “wizard” (a sarcastic nickname for Churov).
They are preparing ballot stuffing to boost turnout in this sham “election.” That is why it is so important to sign up as an election monitor. The CEC’s actions are creating major obstacles for us, but we will do our best to solve all these problems. So do not hesitate—you can see the kind of crooks we are dealing with. Sign up right now.
