I had just written a post saying that Oleg should be released immediately when his lawyer called: he had arrived, only to find that Oleg had been thrown back into the punishment cell again.
The stated reason: “he was sitting at the table after lights-out.”
A reminder: a SHIZO punishment cell is a tiny, freezing cell where nothing is allowed, and at 4 a.m. the bunk is locked up against the wall. That means you spend the whole day either standing or sitting on a stool.
They are legally required by law to release him, but instead they are putting him in the punishment cell.
