On June 29, Oleg Navalny, the younger brother of Anti-Corruption Foundation founder Alexei Navalny, was released from prison. Both men were convicted on December 30, 2014, in the so-called Yves Rocher case, but Alexei received a suspended sentence while his brother was given real prison time. Oleg Navalny served his sentence in Penal Colony No. 5 in the settlement of Naryshkino, Oryol Region. While in the colony, he studied English and Spanish, drew, corresponded with dozens of people, and produced a whole stack of material for Meduza.
