We have received a response to our application to register the party “Russia of the Future.” It came exactly on the sixth anniversary of our attempts to get a party registered. As you may remember, first it was “People’s Alliance” — we were denied registration, and the name was stolen; then it was “Party of Progress” — we were denied registration, and the name was stolen. And now, here we are with “Russia of the Future.”

For curious lawyers, the full text of the Justice Ministry’s response is here. It’s a complete bureaucratic nightmare; our lawyers will comment on the details later. But overall, everything is already clear.

On September 9, everyone should come out to protest the increase in the retirement age. In Moscow, it will be at Pushkin Square at 2:00 p.m.
