We continue to demand an investigation into the National Guard’s potato procurement scandal. We didn’t just release a video; we also filed complaints with the Prosecutor’s Office and the Accounts Chamber (Russia’s state audit office).
An update: we’ve received preliminary responses. The Prosecutor General’s Office forwarded our appeal to the military prosecutor’s office, while the Accounts Chamber (despite Kudrin’s promise to investigate all corruption cases especially thoroughly) replied that it would review our complaint only in 2019, in accordance with its “scheduled oversight activities.”
