Come work with us. It’s interesting here, and you’ll be doing something useful instead of wasting your life.
We currently have five openings, and three of them are outside Moscow (because people usually complain under our job posts that everything is always in Moscow).
We are looking for three campaign office coordinators (we have forty offices in total): in Irkutsk, Saratov, and Stavropol. Each office already has a team in place, and what we’re missing is a manager to lead it. The coordinator must be able to organize a small team and manage it effectively according to a plan they develop themselves. You will need to learn quickly and teach others, and adapt quickly to new conditions and new kinds of work. We need someone who can simultaneously serve as the head of a regional YouTube channel, a developer, and a project manager for urgent social and political issues related to violations of civil rights.
Requirements:
Higher education degree.
Experience managing a small team is a plus.
The ability, when necessary, to do everything yourself and to organize the people who will also need to do things hands-on.
Commitment to the cause. A desire to fight crooks and corrupt officials.
It is important to understand politics and follow current events closely. Initiative and creativity are essential (you will need to set tasks and KPIs for yourself and your staff).
The ability to work irregular hours, under severe time pressure, and under political pressure. Physical stamina and psychological resilience are required.
Stress tolerance: level 100.
The ability to take everyday troubles—like office searches—calmly and philosophically. A general fearlessness. People who work with us are not afraid of the police, the FSB (Federal Security Service), the FSKN (former Federal Drug Control Service), Roskomnadzor (the state communications regulator), the RSDLP (a joking reference to the old Russian Social Democratic Labour Party), the prosecutor’s office, city hall, or other government bodies. A willingness to communicate with people and the ability to listen are essential.
This company of super-lawyers is missing one more colleague. Any gender—we believe in gender equality, even if the photo might not suggest it.
The main thing in this job is commitment to the cause and a desire to fight crooks and corrupt officials, but there are also additional requirements and necessary skills:
- knowledge of civil, corporate, labor, and administrative law;
- the ability to explain regulations and how they are applied;
- drafting and concluding service agreements and employment contracts;
- advising staff on corporate matters, labor issues, and matters involving administrative liability;
- litigation experience is required, along with knowledge of court procedure and responsibility for procedural matters;
- clear, articulate speech, logical thinking, reliability, and determination.
This is the last vacancy, but no less important. We are looking for someone to truly take charge of the space—someone who knows how to find unconventional solutions in an office where things are sometimes anything but conventional.
You will be expected to:
- respond to supporters’ inquiries by email and forward them to the appropriate departments;
- collect supporters’ feedback and share it with the team;
- handle the office’s administrative and organizational needs;
Salary to be determined based on the interview.
