Yes, I confirm: a criminal case has been opened against former ACF director Roman Rubanov. He has been placed on the wanted list.
The reason: the investigation "He Is Not Dimon to You", and specifically this video on YouTube.
The case was opened because ACF has not complied with a court ruling in Alisher Usmanov's favor. Usmanov is demanding that ACF remove the video.
And of course, we have explained a hundred million times that ACF cannot remove a video from my YouTube channel.
It is my personal channel. I upload whatever I want there, and I delete whatever I want.
