We have officially launched the election campaign in St. Petersburg. In September, municipal elections will be held there at the same time as the gubernatorial race. Right now, 90% of the seats are held by United Russia. We want to change that.
We are bringing together the best candidates.

We are launching Smart Voting here, which I spoke about in detail and answered questions about.
Our campaign headquarters will be led by Alexander Shurshev, with Olga Guseva as his deputy. Denis Mikhailov, who headed the city headquarters during the presidential election, will focus on getting his team elected in one of the districts.
A huge number of people showed up, even though we did not invite the general public or announce the meeting place anywhere. Invitations were sent out through our mailing list.
In short, the meeting was great! We are going to crush United Russia here.
P.S. And the local pro–United Russia media painted a very different picture. As usual, they lied to city residents. They will pay for it in September.
