Today, Lyubov Sobol has a hearing at the Moscow City Election Commission regarding her registration.

And today she also published the results of an independent handwriting analysis:

The analysis found that all 616 signatures rejected by the Interior Ministry’s handwriting experts were neither traced nor forged. They were made by different individuals. The Interior Ministry experts’ conclusions are scientifically unfounded and are not supported by the actual findings of the examination.

There is no 14% defect rate in Sobol’s signatures; she and the other independent candidates can be lawfully allowed onto the ballot for the Moscow City Duma election as early as today.

Sobol will submit a certified copy of the analysis to the Moscow City Election Commission today.
