Once again, but this time with documents, I’m showing how Putin’s “clever plan” to turn the ACF into a foreign agent was carried out.

Watch and see for yourself the shabbiness of the methods, the sheer crookedness, and the true scale of the man who has been at the head of the country for 20 years.

There is no doubt that Putin personally approved this plan: it required coordinated and completely illegal actions by several so-called law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Justice. No one would ever do something like this without authorization from the top leadership.

On August 3, it was announced that a criminal case had been opened against the ACF. The substance of the case is unclear, but it was used to legitimize searches across the country and the blocking of our accounts.

On August 8, 75 million rubles were frozen in the ACF’s account. That meant the account itself remained active and money could still be deposited into it, but outgoing payments were impossible for us.

That same day, August 8, searches and document seizures took place at the organization handling the ACF’s accounting. We don’t know what they were told there, but the firm informed us that it was terminating its contract with us.

We were left without accounting support and couldn’t quickly sign a contract with another firm, because ACF director Ivan Zhdanov had been under arrest since July 29. He had the signing authority, etc.

A month later, on September 6 and 17, a certain Spaniard named ROBERTO FABIO MONDA CARDENAS FRANCISCO SUAREZ transferred 29,000 and 109,000 rubles to us:

Normally, our accounting team tracks all transfers, and any payments from foreign nationals, if there are any, are sent back. But at that exact moment, the ACF was temporarily without accounting support.

But even if we had spotted this transfer in time, we still would not have been able to return it immediately. As I said at the very beginning, it was impossible to make outgoing payments from a frozen account.

Even if you desperately want to, you can’t return the money no matter what. It just sits in the account, dead weight.

Interestingly, the Ministry of Justice says the amount was 140,000 rubles, while also claiming there were two transfers from foreign nationals: this Spaniard and an American door store. We can see the Spanish transfers, but we still haven’t found the American one. Most likely, the Kremlin has gotten tangled up in the details of its own operation.

The publication of this payment slip alone is irrefutable proof that the story about foreign payments is a crude and sloppily staged setup.

Only the sender of the money could have obtained a payment slip like this. A Spanish bank would never have given such a document to the Ren TV channel. The Ministry of Justice doesn’t have it. We don’t have it either. So where did they get it? Exactly: only they have it. Because they themselves are the senders of this “foreign money.”

And the whole scheme becomes obvious: - fabricate a case, - block the account, - temporarily deprive them of accounting support so they can’t immediately expose and publicize the plan, - send 140,000 rubles from Spain into the blocked account, - immediately declare them a “foreign agent.”

It’s all quite simple.

And what’s especially absurd is that our lawyers went to the Ministry of Justice for the decision they had trumpeted across the entire country, only to be told: sorry, there is no decision yet.

The Ministry of Justice was told: announce it. Purely for the propaganda campaign. So they announced it. And now they’re sitting there writing it up.

Only one thing is very difficult—indeed impossible: for officials and national leaders who spend their time on this kind of bullshit to govern the country properly, ensure judicial independence, create a functioning law enforcement system, and deliver economic growth.

We will see none of that as long as Putin and his thieving idiots remain in the Kremlin.

In today’s broadcast, I’ll explain in detail what we’re going to do about all of this.
