With all these problems, arrests, and searches, it feels important to me to write my annual post in support of the Evolution Foundation.
They’re running a fundraising campaign, and I’m once again very happy to support it. They’re great.
In 2015, a group of science enthusiasts founded the educational outreach foundation Evolution. Since then, the foundation’s team has held three Educators’ Gatherings, organized 80 lectures, published 25 popular science books, and launched its own science festival, Et cetera. All of this is the result of daily work supported by people who care deeply about Russian science.
In August, the foundation launched a crowdfunding campaign to keep dispelling dangerous myths, make science more engaging, and inspire generations to explore the world.
